What happens if I answer the call myself?
You speak to your customer as usual. With no-answer forwarding, Leadsveo only receives the calls you do not pick up.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?

Is this an AI or a human receptionist?
Leadsveo uses an AI voice assistant. It gathers information for your callback. It is not a human answering service and does not promise an appointment or transfer the caller to an operator.
Does it book appointments or send WhatsApp messages?
The current service captures leads and sends SMS summaries to the business owner. Direct calendar booking, WhatsApp delivery and automatic confirmation texts to callers are not part of the current workflow.
Can it answer after hours?
The assistant can take diverted calls outside your business hours. It uses your business information to set callback expectations, rather than promising that an engineer is already on the way.
How do I check that forwarding works?
Follow the instructions in your setup dashboard, then ring your business from a second phone and let it ring out. Your dashboard confirms coverage after a diverted call is observed.
